How do I restore my Pro subscription?
If you reinstall the app or change devices, open DryRoute, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Log in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Why am I not receiving rain alerts on my Apple Watch?
Make sure Notifications are enabled for DryRoute in your iPhone Settings - Notifications - DryRoute. Also, ensure that "Mirror iPhone Alerts" is checked inside the Apple Watch app on your phone.
How does the Apple Watch app work when offline?
DryRoute can fetch weather data on its own using the Apple Watch's built-in cellular connection or cached data if your iPhone is temporarily out of range.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are securely handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel them at any time by going to your iPhone Settings - Tap your Apple ID (Name) - Subscriptions - DryRoute.
Can I export my custom routes?
Yes! DryRoute Pro users can export any drawn route as a GPX file compatible with Garmin, Komoot, Strava, and other navigation platforms.
