Getting Started

LetteriaQuest is a word-search game that helps you learn vocabulary in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Dutch and English. Pick a puzzle language, choose a realm and difficulty, then find the hidden words in the grid. Found words are translated and can be read aloud so you learn as you play. No account or sign-up is needed — just open the app and start.

How do I change the language I'm learning?

Go to Settings → Puzzle Language and pick the language you want to learn. This changes the words in every puzzle. The app's interface follows your device language.

What is Lexi Energy?

Lexi Energy is the in-game currency you earn by completing quests. You spend it on hints and other boosts. You can also buy Lexi Energy packs in the Lexi Shop if you want more.

What does LetteriaQuest Premium include?

LetteriaQuest Premium is a single subscription that unlocks everything premium for as long as it's active:

No ads — removes all advertising.
Hard difficulties — unlocks the Expert, Master and Legend tiers.
Advanced statistics.

It's offered monthly or yearly (yearly costs less per month). Both plans unlock the same features — pick whichever billing period you prefer.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions, choose LetteriaQuest Premium, and switch plan or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

I subscribed — how do I restore it on a new device?

Open the Lexi Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Consumable Lexi Energy that has already been spent cannot be restored.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I turn off ads tracking?

You can decline the tracking prompt when it appears, or change it any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ads will still appear (in a non-personalised form) unless you purchase Remove Ads.

My streak or progress disappeared

Progress is stored on your device. Reinstalling the app or resetting your device removes it. If something looks wrong, email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll help.

How do leaderboards and badges work?

Leaderboards and Discovery Badges use Apple Game Center. Make sure Game Center is enabled in iOS Settings and that you are signed in.
